Quality alone time
First of all, I want to take a minute to remember those who lost their lives on 9/11/01 and those left to carry on without them. Life in America changed that day so it’s important to take a minute to remember them.
This weekend, Bryan and Bruce are in the bay area visiting the Tebos and unfortunately getting days off was out of the question for me. I tried to be as productive as possible while Bryan was gone.
Last night after work, my awesome friend Theresa picked me up and we went to Little Tokyo to partake in some little bowls of heaven called Daikokuya! We waited almost 2 hours to get seated and finally got a seat at the counter. The broth was thick and delicious and the noodles were cooked perfectly! The only thing was the egg was not very brown and therefore not as flavorful as normal.
Today, I tried to sleep in a little then I got up and ordered pizza hut for lunch since it’s really not Bryan’s favorite. I watched some of my favorite movies and got to work building a new bookcase for our house. Only a few hiccups later, I had a fully built bookcase!
Being alone is ok but I can’t wait until Bryan comes home tomorrow.
Theresa took this pic of me after ramen. LOL
Now this post is perfect.
