Thanks to Touge Factory for ordering up my new S1r’s they are custom sizing to fit my Koguchi Power over fenders. Sizing is 18×9.5 -26 and 18×11 -36, so they are pretty aggressive for s13 fitment especially on a car that I plan to drift but that is how big the koguchi fenders really are!
Work Wheels S1R

•June 7, 2012 • 1 CommentMy new alarm showed up today for the S13. It’s a viper 5704 with 1 mile radius on the main remote. It has all the normal bells and whistles like remote start and full alarm and ignition kill ect. I’ll also be adding on all kinds of goodies window modules for the windows and sunroof, trunk solenoid, and a host of anti theft/anti stealing my wheels upgrades. Should hopefully give me a little peace of mind when I start driving the car on the street.
Chassis Wiring Pt. 3
•June 2, 2012 • 1 CommentThe wiring is coming along nicely, especially considering that I have only been able to work on it a small amount everyday on my lunch break and not at all on the weekends. Most of the interior harness is finished with brake lights/turn signals, power locks/windows, power sunroof, ect all finished up it was time to move on to the front of the car so I could finish all the lighting. Took home the stock engine room harness this weekend to strip it and get everything prepared to wire in this coming week. Here is the headlight and turn signal part of the harness stripped and labeled ready to be wired to the chassis. Still need to add the wiper motor and amp and probably move the radiator fans from their temporary wiring over to this harness as it will be a lot cleaner and look more complete. Also pictured is the extra junk that was removed. About 10lbs of fuse box’s and wiring. Of course I didn’t re-wire this car for the weight savings I just like to clean things up and the stock wiring was so hacked with random bits of speaker wire and twist connectors everywhere it’s no wonder why the shell was sold I really believe nothing electrical was working with all the hack jobs.
Shop Tools: Miller 211 Autoset Mig
•May 30, 2012 • 1 CommentI’ll be starting up a new little section of shop tools as I pick up new stuff. Went down to Fontana today to pick up a used Millermatic 211 autoset mig. It’s dual voltage so it will do 110 or 220. I welded a couple test passes in both voltages before I bought it and it welds amazing! Pretty stoked on the purchase it will weld 1/2″ on a single pass so it’s bigger then anything I’ll ever need and it welds way nicer then any other mig welders I have used in the past. Best part it came with a cart and tank with wire and argon for an amazing price!
Also that’s Ryan “sd9k” Litteral’s new S14 in the background.
Cold Start Running Video
•May 24, 2012 • 1 CommentThe car has been running now for a little bit but I’ve been busy working on other things so I haven’t posted this. This is a completely cold start just jumped in and started it on a basically untuned vipec v88. Base tune is done now and the car starts perfect cold or hot and drives great under 4k rpms. Need to get it to the dyno to get a good tune. The video is showing the QuickTime performance cutout and how quiet the car is with the full exhaust now.
Homebrew: Habanero Infused Tequila
•May 22, 2012 • 3 CommentsSince I brew my own beer I decided I may as well spice up my margaritas as well. So I picked up a bottle of tequila to try a habanero infusion in. I love habanero I use them in my salsa, hot sauce ect. but knowing how quickly they can get out of hand I decided to only use 2 and I seeded them to hopefully get some more flavor without the insane spicy. I’ll give it 3 days to infuse and then strain it and give it a try.
Chassis Wiring Pt.2
•May 21, 2012 • Leave a CommentToday at lunch I started on the rest of the chassis side wiring since the engine side is all finished up now. Fuel pump, ignition switch and everything else needed to get the car running is already done now I’m just working on lights and accessories. Here is how far I got in 40 min or so at lunch. Probably just keep plugging away on it at lunch till everything is wired. This is door harnesses. Power windows, power door locks, speakers, sunroof and dome light.

•May 16, 2012 • Leave a CommentPumpkin Ale is one of my all time favorite beers so I decided to brew up my own version. This recipe will probably be a work in progress but I think it’s a good starting point. Also racked the Grand Cru that I previously brewed tonight and added the sorbate to the cider so I can rack it sometime this week.
